CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY

Pecoff Studios is dedicated to protecting your privacy and handling any personal information we obtain from you with care and respect. This Children’s Privacy Policy is designed to answer your questions regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to children under the age of 13. We recognize the need to provide additional privacy protections when children visit pecoff.com. We explain those additional protections here in this Children’s Privacy Policy.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age. Below we explain how we do that for these "children." Also, when we use the term "parent" below, we mean to include legal guardians.

What types of information do we collect about Children?
Children can surf Pecoff.com, view content, and play many games without any personal information being collected. We do not collect personal information from children unless they participate in the “upload a dream process” on pecoff.com’s DreamSpace site located at www.pecoff.com/dreamspace. The only personal information we collect from children (and all other participants) during the DreamSpace upload process is their first name and their age. Children have the opportunity to post their dream entry, including text and artwork on pecoff.com’s DreamSpace website. We do not collect any other personally identifiable information from children during the DreamSpace upload process or in any other place on pecoff.com. If a DreamSpace entry includes any personal information other than first name and age, pecoff.com will redact the additional personal information prior to adding those entries on the public area of the website. Note that all sites that are directed to children under 13 are prohibited by law from conditioning a child’s participation in an online activity on the child’s providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.

How do we use and share the personally identifiable information that we have collected about children?
We do not share any information about a child with any third parties unless the disclosure is reasonably necessary: to comply with law, including, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena; or to protect the safety and security of our Guests and our Web sites.

How can parents access, change or delete personally identifiable information about their children?
At any time parents can refuse to permit us to collect further personal information from their child and can request that any personal information we have collected be deleted from our records. A parent can contact our customer service department to access, change, or delete the personal information that we have collected from his or her child by sending an e-mail to pecoff@pecoff.com. Please include the child’s name, age and the title(s) of their dream entry/entries in the e-mail so that we can better assist you with your inquiry or request.

How will we notify parents if our Children’s Privacy Policy changes?
We may amend our Children’s Privacy Policy at any time. We will post the new Children’s Privacy Policy on a clear and visible place on all pages of www.pecoff.com. We will apply material changes in our Children’s Privacy Policy only in conformance with applicable law, including any applicable provisions of COPPA that require parental consent.
